Because it takes a village to raise a child.
In collaboration with the local government unit and the Municipal Social Welfare and Development (MSWD) of Taal, Batangas, Open Arms Organization, through the Embrace A Child program, is offering free occupational therapy sessions. This initiative is supported by the occupational therapy interns from the University of Batangas College of Allied Medical Sciences. We provide both face-to-face and telehealth sessions to ensure accessible care for all community members.
Join us in our mission to promote health, wellness, and community well-being.
Open Arms Organization, in partnership with Project Heal, held the webinar "New Chapter, Unfolding Story: Navigating Change with Intention" on January 30, 2026. The session provided a safe space to reflect and embrace fresh starts, reminding participants that it’s never too late to begin again.
Open Arms Organization participated as an exhibitor at the Quezon City Bayanihan Expo on December 15, 2025, at the MICE Center, engaging over 3,000 attendees. Through our booth and interactions, we raised awareness of our mission and inspired support for causes centered on healing, compassion, and social responsibility.
We are elated to announce a momentous occasion—the official launch of our second partnership with the Local Government Unit of Taal, marking a pivotal step in our ongoing mission to foster inclusivity and community empowerment.
We reached a significant milestone as 27 dedicated parents of differently-abled children engaged in a transformative orientation session. This event, in collaboration with the Open Arms Organization and Taal’s Municipal Social Welfare and Development (MSWD), with key figures Oliver Penaflor and PWD President Flora Remate, demonstrated the power of unity and shared purpose.
With the full support of Hon. Mayor Fugencio "Pong" Mercado and the invaluable leadership of Rod Charlie Delos Reyes (represented by Queenie Arago), this partnership reflects a deep commitment to building a more inclusive society. The formal signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) stands as a testament to our collective vision—a community where every child and family can flourish.
Together, we are forging a path toward greater opportunity, understanding, and compassion.
